I’m drawing on my past as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner here and playing around with the gift of metaphors.
Sometimes I struggle to linearly capture all that I have to say. My internal mind seems to function on some, inner crazy, spider diagram model (the type we used as kids, at school). One central thought as the tummy and then all of these other random thoughts, sprouting legs and shooting off in opposing directions.
Metaphors and poetry, help me to focus my visual mind and convey in far fewer words, my thoughts and ideas of the world and the part I want to play in it. Anyhoo…Seedlings has been written with the intention of reminding the reader that the thoughts we conjure today, will impact heavily on how we experience our tomorrow (I’m not entirely sure that explanation was much simpler???🤦🏻♀️)
